Dimitri Dolaphilla

Dimitri Dolaphilla has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Dimitri began as a Summer Intern at MAS Holdings in July 2013. In November 2013, they joined Leapset and worked in Operations until the present. In November 2014, Dimitri joined Emirates as a Flight Attendant and remained in that role until November 2020. In January 2021, they became the Restaurant Manager at Asylum Restaurant, a position they held until April 2021. Currently, Dimitri is working as a Commis Chef at Aqua fort galle since May 2021.

Dimitri Dolaphilla's education history includes attending the ICCA - International Centre for Culinary Arts (Dubai & Abu Dhabi) in 2020, where they studied Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, Dimitri attended S.Thomas' College in Mount Lavinia. From 1996 to 2007, they also attended St. Peter's College. In 2020, Dimitri returned to ICCA - International Centre for Culinary Arts (Dubai & Abu Dhabi) to further their education in the field of Hospitality.
