Iann Lin

Iann Lin has a diverse work experience, starting in 2019 as an HR Summer Sessions Intern at BenQ Corporation. During this time, they updated internal databases, gathered payroll data, and maintained the HRIS system with a high level of accuracy. In 2019, they also worked as an Administrative Assistant at EGL Institute, where they handled administrative requests, scheduled meetings, and provided customer service support.

In 2020, Iann served as a Ground Staff Intern at EVA Airways Corp., focusing on data management, safety audits, and providing support for ground safety programs. In 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Appier, where they assisted with newcomers' onboarding, developed succession plans, and conducted behavioral interviews.

Currently, Iann is working at CakeResume as a Human Resources, People Operations professional. In this role, they conduct the full recruitment life-cycle, follows up with notable applicants, and maintains industry-specific pipelines to efficiently match great talents with great companies.

Iann Lin pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied English from Ming Chuan University from 2017 to 2021. In 2018, they also attended the UCLA Summer Sessions to study Communication and Media Studies. In 2022, they enrolled in the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management to study Human Resources Management & Labor Relations, although no degree was specified. Furthermore, in March 2022, Iann Lin obtained a certification in "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from Coursera.
