Mike Min-Jung Tseng

Mike Min-Jung Tseng has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Business Development Representative at CakeResume in Taiwan, where they collaborate with leading companies to recruit local and global talents.

Prior to that, they gained experience at OPPO, initially working as a Management Associate in Taiwan. Mike Min-Jung then moved to Russia and served as a Training Manager, responsible for establishing an educational system and managing a team of trainers to conduct regular trainings for promoters and retail managers. Mike Min-Jung also took on the role of a Product Marketing Manager, leading a Go-to-Market team and being responsible for setting yearly smartphone targets and designing product roadmaps.

Before OPPO, Mike served in the ROC Army in Taiwan as a Private 1st Class during their obligatory military service.

Additionally, they have interned at Nestlé as a Key Account Intern, and at Mondelēz International as a Category Planning and Activation Summer Intern. Mike Min-Jung also worked as a Key Account Sales Assistant at Mondelēz International.
