Karissa Goncalves

Karissa Goncalves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive support and production roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Executive Business Partner at CakeWorks since February 2024, Karissa has previously held positions including Associate Producer and Associate Talent Producer at Empire Entertainment, and Head of Events at Pop of Culture. Prior experience at iHeartMedia spanned several years in positions such as Executive Assistant and Project Manager within Experiential Marketing & Production, as well as in Events & Venue Partnerships. Karissa began her career as an Executive Assistant to the COO and CFO at Leftfield Entertainment. A graduate of Providence College, Karissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Writing.
