Theresa Brennan

Theresa Brennan is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Yoga Instructor at Cal-a-Vie Health Spa since February 2024, Theresa also works as a Wine Server at Orfila Vineyards and holds the position of Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master at AppraisalScribe. Theresa has been the Chief Yoga Officer at Lotess Yoga since September 2013 and previously taught yoga at RANCHO BERNARDO YOGA LLC and Cheval Winery. In executive roles, Theresa served as VP of Partnership Development Operations and VP of Customer Service/Technical Project Manager at Sharecare, and as Vice President of Technology at RealAge, Inc. Education includes a B.S. in Management of Information Systems from Philadelphia University and a RYT 200 Registered Yoga Teacher certification from Rancho Bernardo Yoga.
