Frederick Allotey

Frederick Allotey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Unit Head for Channel Services at CalBank PLC since 2018. In this role, Frederick leads product innovation, deployment, and second-level support for Alternate Delivery Channels. Prior to this position, Frederick was an Assistant E-Commerce Officer at CalBank PLC from June 2008 to July 2017, where responsibilities included the administration and support of digital banking channels, project implementation, and serving as the partner bank representative for MTN Mobile Money. Frederick holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, completed in 2008.
