Jennifer Venzor

Jennifer Venzor has a diverse work experience, primarily in the nonprofit sector. Jennifer joined Boys Ranch in 2013, where they progressed to various roles, including Donor Development & Recognition Coordinator, Marketing and Development Coordinator, Manager of Gift Administration and Analytics, Director of Gift Administration and Analytics, and Director of Direct Marketing. In August 2021, they were promoted to the position of Senior Director of Engagement. Prior to their time at Boys Ranch, Jennifer worked as a Computer Instructor at Goodwill Industries of Northwest Texas from 2010 to 2013.

Jennifer Venzor obtained their Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Amarillo College between 2012 and 2013.
