Damien Rayen

Damien Rayen is currently the Vice President - Head of Fixed Income Sales at CAL, a leading non-bank Primary Dealer in Sri Lanka. Prior to this role, Damien held positions such as Assistant Vice President and Assistant Manager in Treasury, where Damien managed trading strategies and risk limits. With a strong finance background, Damien also worked as an Analyst and Associate in Treasury Management. Before joining CAL, Damien gained experience as an Accounts Assistant at Eyepax IT Consulting and as an intern at the Commercial Bank of Ceylon Ltd. Damien holds a Master's degree in Financial Economics, an MBA, and various certifications in finance and investment.
