Lee Havens is an experienced Supply Chain professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of Supply Chain at Cal-Mil since April 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing supply chain operations and reporting directly to the President & CEO. Lee has a proven track record in global supply chain strategy, process improvement, and operational cost reductions, with expertise in ERP systems and lean processes. Lee Havens holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
