Ralf Rode

Ralf Rode has extensive work experience in various managerial roles within the manufacturing industry. Ralf currently serves as the Director Global Operations Value Capture & Excellence at Quaker Houghton since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Houghton International for eight years as the Plant Manager & EMEA Supply Chain Manager. Before that, they held the position of Leiter Anlagentechnik at Ashland Deutschland GmbH for four years. Ralf'scareer began at Oxxynova, where they were the Manager of Maintenance and Technology for five years.

Ralf Rode earned a Bachelor's degree in Maschinenbau from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996.
