Craig Stein has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the telecommunications industry. Craig is currently working as the Senior Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer at Cal.net, Inc., where they manage customer acquisition and retention, marketing, sales, and customer support. Craig aims to grow the customer base to more than 40,000 underserved customers by 2026.

In addition to their role at Cal.net, Inc., Craig Stein serves as a Board Member at IT&E and as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Strata Analytics Group.

Prior to these positions, they were the President & CEO of UltraClear Communications, where they provided technology solutions to enhance revenue and reduce costs for companies of all sizes.

Craig also held the position of VP, America's Sales & Head of Global Business Development at ADTRAN, overseeing a $500M business in the Americas and managing global partnerships and M&A. During their time at ADTRAN, they launched and grew the Presidents Club for top-performing salespeople and revamped the sales strategy.

Earlier in their career, Craig Stein served as the President of Geo. M. Martin Company, where they led global business operations and managed a $300M P&L. Craig was also responsible for manufacturing equipment for corrugated packaging companies.

Before that, they held executive positions at Ericsson, including EVP & GM of Web Players and EVP & GM of Broadband and Media Accounts. In these roles, they had global P&L responsibility, built a global team, and significantly increased overall market share.

Craig Stein also served on the Board of Directors at Competitive Carriers Association and held various leadership roles at Nortel, including Vice President and Director of Sales.

Craig started their career as the Vice President of Sales at Global Broadband/IJNT, where they owned an Internet Service Provider before selling it to IJNT International. Craig remained as a consultant until 1999.

Craig Stein obtained their BS degree in Business, with an emphasis in Marketing, from the San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business from 1983 to 1987. Craig further pursued executive education programs, including Employee Motivation at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2012, Corporate Strategy at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2011, and an Executive Education Program at Columbia Business School in 2010.
