Benkay Kajihara

Benkay Kajihara is an experienced soccer coach and technical director with a strong background in youth soccer development. Currently serving as Technical Director for Boys 9v9/11v11 at Stanford Strikers FC and as an ODP Assistant Coach and Staff Coach for US Youth Soccer in the West Region, Kajihara also holds the position of Assistant Varsity Boys Soccer Coach at Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton. Previously, roles included Head Coach of Boys Varsity Soccer at Lick-Wilmerding High School and various coaching positions at San Francisco Glens SC and San Francisco Glens Evolution. Kajihara has a successful track record in the Olympic Development Program, achieving notable results such as the 2025 08B ODP Championships West Champions. Educationally, Kajihara obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of San Francisco in 2014.
