Rotem Abecassis is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, currently serving as Legal Counsel at Cal (Israel Credit Cards) since October 2022. Prior to this role, Rotem worked as a Corporate Lawyer at Bar-Kahan, Zigenlaub & Co., focusing on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and providing guidance to start-ups and investors. Additional experience includes a position as a Legal Intern at FWMK Law, where Rotem executed transactions in high-tech and venture capital, and various roles as a Legal Assistant, including work at the Magistrates Court of Be'er Sheva and a Clinic for Housing Rights. Rotem holds a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from Tel Aviv University and has degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and Sapir College.
