Melissa Fritzen is an experienced accounting analyst currently working at Cal Poly Corporation since August 2019. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of branch manager at Chase from February 2006 to August 2019, where responsibilities included leading a team to achieve deposit growth, revenue, and customer experience while recruiting and retaining top talent. Melissa also owned Melissa’s Catering, an organic catering company, from January 2001 to January 2006, and served as executive pastry chef at both Fess Parker’s Doubletree and Wine Cask Restaurant in 1998 and 1999, respectively. Educationally, Melissa holds an associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and an associate's degree in Nutrition Sciences from Cuesta College, having also attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
