Jennifer Luedtke

Jennifer Luedtke, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Human Resources for Cal Poly Partners since November 2012, where oversight includes managing an HR assistant team and facilitating onboarding and record maintenance for non-benefited employees. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Business Partner at Harrison Medical Center from January 2008 to August 2012, where responsibilities involved addressing HR issues for specific hospital divisions. Jennifer’s earlier positions include an Administration and Human Resources Assistant at Franklin C. Fetter Family Health Center, and various roles at Shaw Industries, Ashton Staffing, Booth Western Art Museum, and the US Army Corps of Engineers, complementing a strong foundation in human resources and administrative support. Jennifer holds a BA in Communications from Reinhardt University, attained in 2006.
