Justin Javier currently serves as the Associate Director of Undergraduate Programs at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business since March 2021. Prior to this role, Justin held multiple positions at the University of California, Los Angeles in the Department of Economics and has extensive experience in academic counseling, having worked at the University of California, San Diego for nearly a decade. Justin has also contributed to the sports community as a referee for the California State Soccer Association-South "Cal South" and as an umpire for WAKA Kickball & Social Sports. Additionally, Justin has gained experience in customer service roles at lululemon. Justin holds a Master of Arts in Postsecondary Educational Leadership with a Specialization in Student Affairs from San Diego State University and a degree in Biochemistry Cell Biology from UC San Diego.

Cal South represents over 300 Member Leagues and Clubs comprising our membership of more than 200,000 registered players, coaches, referees and league administrators. The organization, with a service area that extends from San Luis Obispo to San Diego, provides rewarding recreational & competitive opportunities for players of all ages, genders and skill levels.
