Pierce Maher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Pierce currently holds the position of Director of Program Management & Supply Chain at Banana Bros., LLC, where they oversee the Program Management Department and ensures the successful implementation of projects and programs. Prior to this, Pierce served as the Head of Program Management at the same company.

Pierce Maher completed their high school education at St. Monica Catholic HS from 2000 to 2004. Pierce then pursued their bachelor's degree at Loyola Marymount University, where they studied Communication Studies from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Pierce also obtained several coaching licenses. Pierce holds an E Level Coaching License from the California State Soccer Association-South "Cal South" since March 2014. Pierce further achieved a National D Coaching License from the U.S. Soccer Federation in May 2016, a National C Coaching License in September 2019, and a National B Coaching License in December 2022, all from the U.S. Soccer Federation. These certifications reflect their commitment to enhancing their coaching skills and staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards.
