Pierce Maher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Pierce currently holds the position of Director of Program Management & Supply Chain at Banana Bros., LLC, where they oversee the Program Management Department and ensures the successful implementation of projects and programs. Prior to this, Pierce served as the Head of Program Management at the same company.
Pierce also has experience in the sports industry, holding the role of Head Soccer Coach at multiple organizations, including the California State Soccer Association-South, Windward School, Pacific Coast Soccer Club, and Autobahn Soccer Club.
In terms of their previous roles, Pierce has worked as a Product Development Project Manager at InStyler, leading product development teams and collaborating with Business Development to define product requirements. Pierce also served as a Compliance Coordinator at Innovative Brands Corp., managing legal action against counterfeit products.
Additionally, Pierce has held positions as a Legal Assistant at The Law Office of Elizabeth Swanson and as a PCP Sales Representative at Warner Chilcott. Pierce also worked as an Intramural Sports Manager at Loyola Marymount University Campus Recreation, where they managed the administration of the Intramural Sports program.
Throughout their career, Pierce has demonstrated their leadership abilities, project management skills, and expertise in program development and implementation.
Pierce Maher completed their high school education at St. Monica Catholic HS from 2000 to 2004. Pierce then pursued their bachelor's degree at Loyola Marymount University, where they studied Communication Studies from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Pierce also obtained several coaching licenses. Pierce holds an E Level Coaching License from the California State Soccer Association-South "Cal South" since March 2014. Pierce further achieved a National D Coaching License from the U.S. Soccer Federation in May 2016, a National C Coaching License in September 2019, and a National B Coaching License in December 2022, all from the U.S. Soccer Federation. These certifications reflect their commitment to enhancing their coaching skills and staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards.
