Julie Wyrick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilities management and urban planning. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Facilities Management at California State University, Monterey Bay, Julie oversees capital planning, construction, operations, and maintenance while also acting as the Campus Deputy Building Official. Previous roles include Director of Campus Planning and Development, Customer Service Manager, and Planning Division Manager at various organizations, including the City of Gilroy and University of California, Santa Cruz. Julie holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and two Bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
