Katie Karroum

Katie Karroum currently serves as the Vice President of Systemwide Affairs for the Cal State Student Association, where responsibilities include leading the search for the next Student Trustee for the California State University Board of Trustees. Previously, Katie held the position of President & Chief Executive Officer of Associated Students at California State University, Northridge, advocating for over 36,000 students and managing a budget exceeding $10 million. Additional experience includes serving as Internal Affairs Committee Chair and Lower Division Senator for Associated Students, and working as a Lead Food Expediter at Bicos Hospitality. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge, expected in 2026, and a high school diploma from Providence High School, graduated in 2021.
