Rhys Gilbert

Rhys Gilbert is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Assistant Brand Manager at Cala Group Limited since June 2021. In this role, Rhys supports the evolution and protection of the Cala Homes and Legal & General Homes brands, focusing on rebranding efforts, customer journey improvements, and brand consistency across various marketing channels. Prior to this, Rhys worked as a Marketing Executive at Taylor Wimpey plc, where responsibilities included managing marketing strategies and communications. Additional experience includes recruiting contract IT professionals at Badenoch & Clark and serving in the Royal Air Force in various operational roles. Rhys holds a CertHE in Marketing from Birmingham City University and has completed several marketing-related qualifications, including a CIM Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Digital Essentials.
