Tom Hardy

Tom Hardy has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Tom started their career at Swan New Homes in 2010 as an Assistant Surveyor, where they gained valuable experience for three years. In 2013, they joined Nicholas King Homes as a Quantity Surveyor, further developing their skills until 2015. Since then, they have been with CALA Group Limited, where they have progressed through various roles. Tom began as a Senior Surveyor from 2015 to 2018, then became a Commercial Manager until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Head of Commercial, and currently, they hold the position of Commercial Director, a role they assumed in January 2021.
