Tom Whistler Certiosh

Tom Whistler CertIOSH, MIoL, AIEMA is an experienced professional in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as the Group HSE Training Manager at CALA Group Limited since September 2018, where responsibilities include developing safety programs and initiatives that have effectively reduced workplace accidents. Previously, Tom held various positions in health and safety training and management, including roles at Safety Services (UK) Limited and British Red Cross, focusing on risk assessment and safety audits. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Invenio Falkland Islands and the Royal Falkland Islands Police. Tom’s military background as a Royal Engineer further contributes to a diverse skill set in operational procedures and training development. Tom is pursuing a Diploma of Education in Occupational Safety and Health Practice and has completed an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management.
