Lance Aster

Lance Aster is currently serving as Corporate Counsel and Senior Operations Specialist at Calabrio, Inc. since March 2024. Previously, Lance held multiple roles at BetterUp, including Corporate Counsel, Manager of Legal Operations, and Legal Counsel from September 2020 to August 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Lawyer at Axiom from January 2019 to September 2020, and as Associate General Counsel at Amplifon from November 2017 to December 2018, where responsibilities included supporting diverse business lines and handling high-level contracting needs. Lance's earlier roles include Corporate Counsel and Associate Corporate Counsel at Universal Hospital Services from November 2012 to November 2017, overseeing contract negotiation processes and advising on regulatory compliance. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Economics from Metro State University.
