Nick Brook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and customer success roles. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Customer Success Manager at Calabrio, Inc. since June 2019, Nick previously held similar positions as a Senior WFM Consultant and Project Manager at Teleopti from August 2016 to June 2019. At Webhelp, from July 2010 to August 2016, responsibilities included managing the WFM platform and liaising with in-house IT, as well as supporting key operational roles. Earlier in the career, Nick worked at Vodafone from August 2002 to July 2010, providing technical support and gaining a solid understanding of cellular network operations.
