Anthony Vecchiolla, CFA has extensive work experience at Calamos Investments, starting as an Intern-Equity Research Analyst in 2013 and progressing to roles such as Research Associate, Research Analyst, Senior Research Analyst, and Associate Portfolio Manager. Anthony eventually became a VP Co-Portfolio Manager, where they primarily focused on merger arbitrage and convertible arbitrage, responsible for research, analysis, and portfolio construction invested across the entire capital structure. Anthony'sresponsibilities included monitoring current holdings, generating new ideas, model development, valuation exercises, and company reviews.
Anthony Vecchiolla, CFA holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and Analytical Finance from Gonzaga University. Anthony later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with concentrations in Analytical Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2016-2019. In 2017, they also obtained the CFA certification from the CFA Institute.
