Shaheen Iqubal

Shaheen Iqubal, CFA, currently serves as Senior Vice President - Head of Quant Investments and Co-Head of Risk at Calamos Investments since January 2018, having previously held the role of Vice President - Senior Quantitative Analyst. Prior experience at UBS Asset Management from June 2000 to December 2017 includes positions as Executive Director - Senior Quantitative Analyst and Director - Quantitative Analyst, among others. Early career experience includes working as a System Analyst at IRIS Software and as a Project Leader at M Tech India Pvt. Ltd., where solutions were designed for the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Shaheen Iqubal earned an MBA in Analytical Finance, Accounting, and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as an Honors Diploma in Software from the National Institute of Information Technology, and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Chemistry from Karim City College and Ranchi University.
