John Guiterrez

John Gutierrez currently serves as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Comcast in California, having held various leadership positions within the company since January 2003. In prior roles, John successfully led regulatory initiatives, including the Comcast-TWC Transaction in California and Hawaii, and advised on public policy related to video, broadband, and voice services. John’s experience includes working as a Public Utility Analyst at the California Public Utilities Commission and as a Senior Telecommunications Policy Analyst at Cole, Raywid & Braverman, L.L.P. Additionally, John has held roles in regulatory affairs at MediaOne and TCI Cable, and has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer at Golden Gate University. John holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master of Public Policy in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Michigan.
