Kevin Loscotoff

Kevin Loscotoff is an experienced professional in public affairs and government relations, currently serving as the Director of Public Affairs and Government Relations at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. since October 2004. In this role, Kevin collaborates with executive leadership to advance business growth opportunities and oversees the implementation of comprehensive campaign strategies, including lobbying and media outreach. Previously, Kevin held the position of Senior Manager of Public Affairs at Wal-Mart, where responsibilities included managing land-use entitlement efforts and engaging on local policy issues. Prior to joining Wal-Mart, Kevin worked as State Government Affairs Manager at Mirant Americas Development, Inc. and earned a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
