Lambert Hsu

Lambert Hsu is an accomplished insurance executive with extensive experience in the field of employee benefits. As the Founder and CEO of Benefit Pro Insurance Services Inc. since June 2001, Lambert has established a San Diego-based agency that specializes in group and individual health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Additionally, Lambert serves on the Board of Directors for the Cal Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce as the incoming Board Chair and has a history of leadership with the Asian Business Association in San Diego, where Lambert held the position of Past Board Chair. Prior to these roles, Lambert held significant positions at BenefitMall, including Director of the National Sales Center, where Lambert successfully launched a national sales operation, and Executive Sales Manager overseeing the San Diego sales office. Lambert began the career in insurance by founding California HealthLine, which focused on health insurance benefits for individuals and small businesses. Lambert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Psychology from San Diego State University.
