Lupe De La Cruz

Lupe DeLaCruz III is the Vice President of Government Affairs & Corporate Citizenship at PepsiCo, overseeing public policy and community engagement for 23 states and US territories in the western region. With prior experience as Senior Director of Government Affairs at PepsiCo, Lupe directed public policy strategies for 19 states and represented a diverse portfolio of top food and beverage brands before policymakers. Previous roles include Manager of Advocacy/Legislative Director at AARP, where advocacy campaign strategies were developed, and Associate State Director for Los Angeles/Orange County, focusing on community initiatives for seniors. Early experience includes serving as Senior Field Deputy for Congressman Esteban E. Torres and positions at Peace Corps and Luna Bacardi Hispanic Marketing. Lupe holds a BA in Political Science from UCLA and is currently pursuing an Executive Education Certificate in Strategy Beyond Markets at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
