Cory Glaeser began their work experience as a Small Business Owner at Creative Culinary Experience in 2007. Cory later worked as a Chef at R.H.Phillips Winery and Wellness Chef at Arden Hills Resort Club & Spa. Cory then transitioned to Culinary education, becoming a Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Cory moved towards product development and manufacturing roles, serving as a Product Development Chef and subsequently as the Director Of Manufacturing at Renaissance Food Group. In 2019, Cory assumed the role of Director of Operations at Calavo Growers. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Culinary Writer at nSight, Inc. and as a Storyboard Volunteer at e-Learning for Kids Foundation.

Cory Glaeser completed an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Seattle Central College in 2002-2004, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2011-2013. Later, in 2013-2014, Cory obtained a Masters of Education in Instructional Design and Technology from American InterContinental University. Additionally, Cory also holds a certification in PCQI (Preventative Controls Qualified Individual) from the Food Safety Preventative Controls Alliance.
