Cynthia Roo is an experienced Benefits Manager with a comprehensive background in health and welfare plan administration and compensation management. Currently serving at Calavo Growers since March 2022, Cynthia oversees the company's health, welfare, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance and resolving issues. Previous roles include Benefits and Compensation Manager at Sycuan Casino Resort, Sr. HR Business Partner at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, and Benefits Analyst at General Dynamics NASSCO, among others.
