Amber Hall is a Food Scientist at Calbee America since March 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including R&D and Production Manager at Pacific Grain & Foods from May 2019 to March 2023 and Research and Development Food Technologist at Ready Roast Nut Company from December 2013 to May 2019. Amber's career began as a Lead Server at Wassabi Japanese Restaurant from July 2008 to October 2014. Educationally, Amber holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Food Science from California State University, Fresno, earned between 2006 and 2014, and attended Fresno City College from 2008 to 2009.
