Yuki Mikoshiba, CFS, currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Safe Food En Route, LLC, specializing in food safety and FSVP consulting since October 2022. Prior to this role, Yuki Mikoshiba held several positions at Calbee America from October 2017, including Corporate QA & Technical Service Officer, Director of R&D and Quality, Director of Product Research & Development, and Senior Manager of R&D Product Development.
