With over 14 years of experience at Lamb Weston in various roles, including Maintenance Manager, Dee demonstrated expertise in overseeing large teams and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Educational background includes studies in industrial ammonia refrigeration and basic electrical at Garden City Community College and Perry Technical Institute, coupled with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Indiana University Bloomington.
