Jim Ehlen

Jim Ehlen is an experienced sales and marketing executive with a focus on the snack food industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Calbee America and Director of Sales at Calbee North America LLC, Jim represents a diverse portfolio of brands across North America. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Sales at Fuel For Fire and Vice President of Marketing for both Utz Quality Foods’ “Better For You” Brands and Specialty Brands divisions. Jim has extensive experience in developing marketing strategies, executing sales programs, and leading brand positioning efforts, with previous leadership roles at Snikiddy, Inventure Foods, and Madhouse Munchies. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Union College and has ongoing engagement with Kansai Gaidai University.
