Lauren M. Paxton

Lauren M. Paxton is a partner at Calcagni & Kanefsky and has over 10 years of experience representing clients in commercial litigation, investigations, and employment litigation. Prior to joining Calcagni & Kanefsky, Lauren was counsel at OlenderFeldman LLP from January 2017 to December 2020, where they represented clients in a variety of industries in commercial litigation matters. From August 2010 to August 2016, Lauren served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorneys' Office, where they prosecuted white collar offenses, including embezzlement, trade secret theft, bank fraud, commodities fraud, mail fraud, wire fraud, and identity theft. Lauren has also represented the United States in civil litigation matters, including False Claims Act investigations and enforcement actions.

Lauren M. Paxton graduated from Brooklyn Law School with a J.D. and from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
