Ralph J. Marra Jr.

Ralph J. Marra, Jr. is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at Calcagni & Kanefsky LLP since October 2018, where expertise encompasses internal and government investigations, corporate compliance, crisis management, and white-collar criminal defense. Previously, Ralph held the position of Senior Vice President, Chief of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority from March 2010 to 2018, responsible for overseeing significant projects including the privatization of state racetracks and a $1.1 billion bond issuance for the American Dream development.
