Jolene Constance

Jolene Constance possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Finance Manager for the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury since February 2013, following a 34-year career with the State of Louisiana that culminated in a role as Assistant Warden of an adult male prison. Previous positions include Financial Analyst in the Public Works Department, Assistant Warden for Administration at C. Paul Phelps Correctional Center, Accountant at both C. Paul Phelps Correctional Center and McNeese State University, and initial roles within the Department of Corrections. Jolene holds degrees in General Studies, Accounting, and English from McNeese State University, as well as a training certification from the American Institute of Banking and credentials as a Master Trainer from NCCER.
