Sahan Ratnayake

Sahan Ratnayake is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Calcey since June 2018, Sahan has progressed through various roles including Associate Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer. Prior experience includes a Software Engineer position at the Colombo Centre for Cognitive Computing, where Sahan specialized in AI technologies such as conversational AI platforms. Earlier roles include working as an Associate Software Engineer at Virtusa, focusing on .NET technologies, and as an Associate Software QA Engineer at Pragmatic Test Labs, developing automation and performance testing solutions. Sahan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Colombo School of Computing and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Staffordshire University.
