Rich Fales has been working at Calcon Constructors, Inc. since April 1988 as a superintendent. Prior to that, Rich worked as a Carpenter at Cox Corp. from April 1977 to December 1983 and at Blackiton & Decker from May 1972 to November 1978. Rich completed a Carpenter apprenticeship from 1977 to 1981 and earned a Journeyman degree. Rich graduated from Holy Family in 1972 with a high school diploma.

Since 1981, Calcon Constructors has been a locally owned and operated general contractor in the state of Colorado.
