Tommy Laupsa is an experienced professional with a diverse range of roles in finance and business transformation. Tommy has a strong background in CFO services, digital business transformation, corporate finance, debt restructuring, cash flow optimization, and IFRS compliance. Tommy has worked in various industries, including insurance, consulting, and fintech. Tommy has held senior positions such as Interim CFO, Senior Finance Manager, and Chief Financial Officer in international companies. Tommy has a proven track record of driving digitalization, change management, and strategic growth. Tommy is currently the CEO of Innovation Team and a co-founder and partner at Calculum Inc. Tommy holds an FCCA qualification and an MBA degree.

Tommy Laupsa FCCA, MBA has an extensive education history in finance, accounting, and business. Tommy started their educational journey at BI Norwegian Business School, where they obtained a degree in Business Economics, specifically Bedriftsokonom BI, from 1986 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a degree in finance and accounting from ACCA, where they became a Chartered Certified Accountant, FCCA, from 1992 to 1996.

In 1998 to 2000, Tommy Laupsa attended Alliance Manchester Business School, where they obtained an MBA with a focus on finance. Their education in finance and accounting continued in 2012, when they participated in the Leadership in Financial Organisations Executive Program at Harvard Business School.

With a focus on digital business, Tommy Laupsa attended MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2019 and 2020, earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the Digital Transformation: Platform Strategies for Success program at MIT Sloan School of Management. Tommy also earned the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting - IFRS from ACCA in the same year.

Furthermore, Tommy Laupsa obtained certification in Digital Business Transformation Management from CXO Transform in 2018. Recently, in 2020, they acquired the Certificate in Digital Innovation for Finance from ACCA.
