Rafael Ollervides Mbs

Rafael Ollervides MBS is a seasoned quality and manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Caldera Medical since June 2025, Rafael manages corrective and preventive actions, non-conformances, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as a Manufacturing Engineer at ECA Medical Instruments, leading new product introductions and supporting product launches. Rafael has also worked at Medtronic as a Supplier Quality Engineer, overseeing Supplier Change Requests, and held various engineering and quality roles at companies such as Berry-Wehmiller Design Group, Shire, and Keck Graduate Institute. Educational qualifications include a Master of Bioscience from Keck Graduate Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of California, Merced.
