Earlier roles included serving as an Operational Excellence Specialist in Brazil, focusing on a wide range of continuous improvement projects, and as an Engineering Trainee responsible for various operational programs. Bianca began a foundation in engineering through a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology, followed by a degree in Mining Engineering at Universidade Federal de Alfenas, where involvement in scientific research projects further solidified expertise in the field.
