Khaled Hajjar

Khaled Hajjar has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to operational excellence, quality, and supply chain management. Khaled is currently working as the Head of Global Operational Excellence and Quality at Calderys since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Imerys as the Operational Excellence and Quality Director from March 2019 to November 2023. Khaled also served as the Digital and Manufacturing Manager at Alstom from March 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they worked at CGI Business Consulting as the Supply chain and OPEX Manager from April 2016 to February 2018. Khaled gained valuable experience as the Operational Excellence Manager at Safran, where they audited S&OP and led lean transformation programs for Safran companies from September 2014 to April 2016. Khaled also worked as the Supply Chain Project Manager at Renault-Nissan Alliance from February 2012 to August 2014, and as the Operations Lead at PSA Peugeot Citroën from November 2010 to January 2012. Additionally, they were involved in lean manufacturing as part of the Faurecia Excellence System at Faurecia from February 2010 to September 2010. Khaled started their career at General Electric as a Lean & Production Engineer from September 2008 to February 2009.

Khaled Hajjar has an Executive Certificate in Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt from CentraleSupélec and a Masters in Manufacturing Management and Engineering from UTBM.
