Lois Artz

Lois Artz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and legal support. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Director of IP Services at CALDWELL since April 2021, Lois has a proven track record in administrative roles, having previously worked as a Legal Assistant at Mintz from May 2017 to April 2021, and as an Administrative Program Coordinator at Boston University from March 2015 to May 2017. Lois began their career at Shields Health Care as a Customer Care Supervisor and Revenue Cycle Specialist from April 2008 to March 2015, and prior to that, worked as an Assistant at the Worcester State College Office of Institutional Advancement from January 2008 to May 2010. Lois holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Studies from Worcester State University, completed between 2007 and 2010, and also attended Emmanuel College in Boston for the 2006-2007 academic year, alongside an earlier education at Notre Dame Academy from 2002 to 2006.
