Ashley Shott

Ashley Shott is a Payroll/Benefits Specialist at Caldwell Companies, responsible for designing and improving benefit plans, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Rise Communities, LLC, and Berry Y&V Fabricators, LLC, where Ashley managed HR functions, benefits administration, and policy development. Ashley began a career with the City of Houston, where responsibilities included recruitment for the Houston Fire Department and developing onboarding systems.
