Michael Bruning

Michael Bruning is currently serving as an Investment Associate at Caldwell Companies since July 2023, following a prior role as an Investment Analyst Intern within the same firm from June to August 2022. Michael has experience in construction management, having worked as a Construction Manager Assistant at McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. during summer stints in both 2021 and 2020, contributing to projects in the Meridiana and Veranda Communities, respectively. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Real Estate obtained from Texas A&M University in May 2023 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance completed in 2022, also from Texas A&M University.
