John Elia currently serves as the Head of IT for Mila Group at ASSA ABLOY Group, a role assumed in February 2024. Prior to this, John held the position of Senior IT Manager at Caldwell Manufacturing Assa Abloy from December 2019 to February 2024, where John operated at a UK Board Level. John also has experience as an IT Manager at PET-Xi Training and 81GBlue Limited, where responsibilities included managing IT teams, overseeing internal IT infrastructure, and leading business-critical projects. Earlier in John's career, John worked as a Technical IT Consultant at TSG and has a foundational experience in IT support from Connect 4 Systems, starting in 1998. John holds A Level qualifications from John Cleveland College.

Over the past 130 years, we’ve expanded our product lines to include balances, heavy duty & light duty multi-bar hinges & friction stays, butt hinges, automation systems and many other window & door hardware accessories.
