Katherine Baker

Katherine Baker is a seasoned executive search professional with a focus on the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently a Partner in the Insurance Practice at Caldwell since July 2021, Katherine previously held the role of Principal at Korn Ferry from April 2015 to July 2021, specializing in insurance and asset management executive searches. Earlier experience includes roles as an Associate in Financial Services at CTPartners from November 2014 to April 2015, and as Vice President at Whitney Partners, LLC from 2010 to 2013, where there was a focus on senior-level investment banking recruitment. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a High School Diploma from Westminster School.
